CONSTRUCOLOR® Water-Repellent Acrylic Sealer & Curing Membrane S01-AA046 is a transparent, water-based, solvent-free acrylic coating designed to protect and extend the service life of concrete and masonry surface. Its advanced formulation penetrates up to 3/8 inch into the substrate, forming a hydrophobic barrier that protects against moisture, dust and efflorescence while maintaining surface breathability.
Available in matte or satin finishes, this sealer contains UV filters that prevent yellowing over time and delivers excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and stains. It can be used both as a protective sealer and as a curing membrane after troweling and before final finishing.
